I have over 30 years of experience in caring for sport horses, as well as a multitude of other animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotics.
With my experience, local contacts, work ethic and compassion, I strive to bring you the best possible care for your pets.
Having a horse, rabbits, cats, and dogs myself, I understand that your pets are not just animals, but your family.
You may not always be there to care for their needs, but I can help whether you work long hours, are going on vacation, or just need an occasional visit.

She'll send pics, too! :) She worked with us on setting an appropriate schedule with our younger dog who was working on his crate training and helped with price a little too. Lara watched our home and large assortment of pets from goldfish to horses! She took care of our horses, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, cats, dogs, and parrots. Finding someone to watch such a variety of pets and so many has been a difficult task. I have spoken with a quite a few pet sitting services who have declined to take on the seemingly daunting task of taking care of someone's farm while they are away. Lara never batted an eye at it!...including our 150 lb South African Mastiff who has been known to be overprotective. Our dog now greets Lara with a "baby" each time she arrives. She provided us with updates and pictures of our pets which reassured us that everyone was happy and healthy while we were away.
Our pets are our children and knowing that Lara is here to take care of them gave us the peace of mind to leave them "home alone" for the first time in years. Having someone who is trustworthy and knowledgeable is priceless! Highly recommend Lara for all your pet sitting needs.”
